The Sheepdog Protector Fitness course was made in collaboration with CrossFit legend and NCFIT founder, Jason Khalipa. This course is designed to help you start or continue to develop the functional capacity required of a protector. Whether you are using it to help you get the most out of our live training courses, or just improve your overall fitness, if you stick with it you will notice an improvement in your functional capacity by the end of this course. Made for any fitness level.

      What equipment do I need for this course?

      - (2) Pair of DBs: (1 pair) Heavier / (1 pair) Lighter
      - Access to Cardio (run, bike, or row)
      - Plyo-Box (24 or 20 inch box or lower if needed)Jump Rope
      - Optional: Resistance Band (medium tension) for stretching

      What if I don't have the equipment needed?

      You can make substitutions! Lots of household items, such as water/milk jugs, canned goods, bags of rice, etc. A stable bench or chair can be used for step-ups instead of a Plyo-Box, or you can substitute movements like a jump squat. Additionally, you can get out there and run on the street if you don't have a cardio machine! Don't let excuses get in the way.

      Who is Jason Khalipa?

      Jason Khalipa is a CrossFit Games champion, Brazilian Jiujitsu purple belt, and entrepreneur. He rose to fame in the CrossFit world after winning the 2008 CrossFit Games and has since become a leading figure in the sport. In addition to his athletic pursuits, Jason is also the founder and CEO of NCFIT, a fitness company that operates gyms all over the world and provides workouts online that help people live freely and fully outside the gym.

      How to Train at Home
