SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours. While many in-stock items ship within 48–72 hours, processing times may vary based on product type, inventory availability, and seasonal order volume.
Apparel Orders
Most apparel items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for apparel orders to be produced before shipment. Processing times may be extended during major holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Pre-Order Items
From time to time, Sheepdog Response offers limited-run products on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are produced after the pre-order window closes and are not stocked inventory.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed on the product page. These timelines are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, material availability, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.
All pre-order sales are final. Once the pre-order window has closed and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, orders may ship in multiple packages. If one or more items in your order are out of stock or backordered, those items may ship separately and could result in a delay.
If a backordered item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss available options, including waiting for the item, selecting a replacement, store credit, or a refund when applicable.
Please note that inventory levels and backorder status may not always be reflected immediately on our website due to system update timing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated processing and delivery timelines, Sheepdog Response is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
