ITEM RETURN POLICY
Sheepdog Response has a return policy of 30 days after you receive your order. All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging. Perishable products and apparel are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for the following items: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets), Fully Loaded Tactical Stockings, or any special order items.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturers defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturers defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no re-stocking fee.
We do not accept returns for any products 30 days after you receive your order.

We do not hire sales reps who don’t care about you. We handle all of our own phone calls and emails. Please call us to discuss any issues you might have!
Clearance items are not eligible for return. Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee, if a restocking fee applies to your return.
ONLINE COURSES RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product.
EVENT RETURN POLICY
No refunds are available if you cancel within 60 days of the event date. Your tuition can be applied to a future class if you need to postpone 30 Days prior to the event date. There are no refunds or postponements inside of 30 days from the event date.
A 75% refund of tuition is available if you cancel between 60-90 days prior to the event. If you cancel with more than 90 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee. If you purchased an event prior to a sale, or did not realize there was a sale, we do not offer retro-active discounts for courses, so we will be unable to provide you a refund for the difference. You may not cancel your event and re-sign up to receive a new discount code either.
If you received any free gear or virtual training as part of any promotions at the time of your course signup, and you cancel within an eligible refund period, your refund will not include the price of the gear or virtual training items you received. The retail value of the free items you received will be deducted from your refund.
Transfers are subject to a 20% transfer fee. Additionally you can not transfer to a course that is sold out or from a course that is to occur within 60 days of the request.
Package Deals & Group Discounts:
Package deals and group discounts are 100% non-refundable, at any time.
Sheepdog Level 2 requirements:
If you signed up for a Sheepdog Level 2 course, and have not yet attended a Sheepdog Level 1 course, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you may use those course funds to pay for a Sheepdog Level 1 course. You cannot attend a Sheepdog Level 2 course unless you have already attended a Sheepdog Level 1 course, or an Occupational Level 1 course.
Event Postponements: If you request a postponement within the proper time-frame, you have 12 months to attend the same type of course. If there is no course in your area, you will still only have 12 months to attend a course in another area. Please note that if you postpone, once you’ve asked to be scheduled for a new course, there will be no further postponements or refunds.
