Sheepdog Fixed Point Counter Surveillance
What You’ll Learn
This course will be instructive to audiences occupying and seeking to protect high-risk facilities by detecting surveillance as part of adversarial targeting cycles. We’ll briefly cover the targeting cycle, where close-target reconnaissance fits into the targeting cycle, the role of the surveillance and countersurveillance teams, and planning considerations for countersurveillance efforts.
The end goal of the course is to illuminate, for at-risk populations, best practices for early detection and countering of adversarial targeting efforts. The primary audience for this course would be security professionals looking to expand their repertoire and at-risk populations (e.g. minority groups, individuals traveling to or occupying high-crime areas, individuals who are the subject of threats).
